Before You Begin

Monday

Breakfast · Soft-Scrambled Eggs, Comté
Microwave45–60 sec at half power, stir once; stop while just set (eggs finish off the heat). Toast multigrain fresh.
Lunch · Chicken Bacon Avocado Wrap + Cole Slaw
Mostly coldWarm chicken & bacon only (~40 sec) if desired, then fill wrap with avocado & ranch. Slaw & ranch stay cold.
Dinner · Beef Tips, Mushroom Gravy
StovetopReheat beef in the gravy, covered, low 6–8 min, stirring (or microwave 2–3 min at 70%). Rice: splash of water, covered, ~2 min. Broccoli 1–2 min.

Tuesday

Breakfast · Farmer's Omelette
Oven300°F in foil 8–10 min (keeps it moist), or microwave 60–75 sec at 60%. Toast fresh.
Lunch · Black Forest Ham & Swiss on Rye Swirl + Potato Salad
Serve coldEnjoy as-is, or warm into a melt: oven 325°F 6–8 min. Bread untoasted — warm fresh. Potato salad chilled.
Dinner · Wild King Salmon, Lemon-Caper Sauce
OvenWarm gently 275°F 8–10 min, just until heated through (overcooks quickly). Warm sauce separately & spoon over. Rice pilaf ~2 min; asparagus ~1 min.

Wednesday

Breakfast · Italian Frittata
Oven300°F 8–10 min, or microwave ~60 sec at 60%. Fresh berries chilled.
Lunch · Bison Meatball Wrap + Italian Pasta Salad
MicrowaveWarm meatballs in the tomato cream sauce 60–90 sec, then fill wrap with mozzarella in a warmed tortilla. Pasta salad & fruit chilled.
Dinner · Chicken & Wild Mushroom Casserole
OvenAdd a splash of stock, cover, and heat 325°F 15–20 min (or microwave 3–4 min at 70%, stirring). Carrots 1–2 min.

Thursday

Breakfast · Buttermilk Pancakes
Oven / Toaster300°F ~5 min or a toaster pass; microwave 30–45 sec for softer. Warm maple butter separately. Turkey sausage ~45 sec.
Lunch · Roast Beef, Havarti & Shallot on Brioche
Serve coldEnjoy as-is, or warm into a melt: oven 325°F 6–8 min. Brioche packed separately — warm bun & assemble fresh. Dijon & pasta salad cold.
Dinner · Pork Tenderloin, Apple Sauce
OvenCover & warm gently 300°F 8–10 min (pork dries if overheated). Apple sauce warm or room temp. Roasted potatoes 400°F 6–8 min to re-crisp. Green beans ~1 min.

Friday

Breakfast · Cheese Omelet, Gruyère & Chives
Microwave~60 sec at 60%, or oven 300°F 8 min. Toast multigrain fresh.
Lunch · Chicken Salad Wrap + Potato Salad
Serve chilledNo heating — keep chicken salad cold and fill wrap just before serving. Warm tortilla briefly only if preferred. Potato salad chilled.
Dinner · Bison Bolognese, Rigatoni
StovetopWarm the Bolognese gently (low 6–8 min or microwave 2–3 min). Refresh rigatoni with a splash of water, covered, ~2 min; toss with sauce. Broccolini 1–2 min.
Reheat proteins until steaming hot throughout · 165°F
